Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using SAS Home Tech's website or booking any of our services. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and SAS Home Tech (Shoroq Alshams IT Service).

1. Acceptance of Terms

By booking a service or using the SAS Home Tech website (sas-home.tech), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services or website. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

2. Our Services

SAS Home Tech (trading as Shoroq Alshams IT Service) provides residential and commercial technology services in the UAE, including but not limited to: • CCTV installation and configuration • WiFi and home networking setup • Laptop and computer repair • Smart home system setup • TV mounting and home cinema installation • Home intrusion and alarm systems • Parental control configuration • General tech support Service availability may vary by location. We reserve the right to decline or reschedule any booking at our discretion.

3. Bookings & Appointments

Bookings can be made via our website, WhatsApp, or phone. A booking is confirmed only when you receive a confirmation from us (by message or call). We will do our best to attend within the agreed time window. Delays due to traffic, prior jobs, or force majeure are not grounds for compensation. Please ensure an adult (18+) is present at the property during the appointment. If no one is available to grant access at the scheduled time, a call-out fee may apply.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are quoted in UAE Dirhams (AED) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. A quote will be provided before any work begins. Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash and bank transfer. Prices may change without notice for future bookings; existing confirmed bookings will be honoured at the quoted price.

5. 90-Day Workmanship Guarantee

We stand behind our work. If a fault arises directly from our installation or repair within 90 days of the service date, we will return to fix it at no additional charge. This guarantee: • Covers workmanship defects only, not hardware failures unrelated to our work • Does not cover damage caused by third parties, misuse, or power surges • Requires you to notify us within the 90-day period • Is void if the equipment or installation has been tampered with by a third party Parts and hardware are subject to the manufacturer's warranty and are not covered by our workmanship guarantee.

6. Cancellations & Rescheduling

You may cancel or reschedule an appointment at no charge provided you give at least 3 hours' notice before the scheduled start time. Cancellations with less than 3 hours' notice, or failure to grant access at the appointment time, may incur a call-out fee of up to AED 100. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to technician unavailability, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will notify you as early as possible and offer an alternative time.

7. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to: • Provide accurate information about your property and the issue when booking • Ensure safe and reasonable access to the relevant areas of your property • Back up your data before any repair work on computing devices — we are not liable for data loss • Not request our technicians to carry out any work that is unsafe, illegal, or outside the scope of the booking • Inform us of any pre-existing conditions or hazards at the property

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law: • Our total liability for any claim arising from a service is limited to the amount paid for that service • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including loss of data, loss of income, or third-party claims • We are not responsible for pre-existing faults, damage, or defects not caused by our work • We are not liable for damage resulting from equipment that was already faulty, counterfeit, or incompatible Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the SAS Home Tech website — including text, images, logos, and code — is the property of SAS Home Tech / Shoroq Alshams IT Service and is protected by applicable copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without prior written permission.

10. Third-Party Links

Our website may contain links to third-party websites. These links are provided for convenience only. We have no control over the content or privacy practices of those sites and accept no liability for them.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
