We visit and do a walkthrough
Before touching anything, our technician walks through your space with you and confirms camera positions. If something needs changing, we do it before installation starts — not after.
Cameras installed, fully set up
We mount, wire, and configure everything. By the end of the visit you can see live footage on your phone, you have motion alerts set up, and you know how to playback recordings.
Good to Know Before You Book
How many cameras do I actually need?
For a typical 2–3 bedroom apartment, 2–4 cameras usually covers the entry door, living area, and any outdoor space. For villas, 4–8 is more common. We'll walk through your home and give you an honest recommendation — we don't push you to buy more than you need.
Will I be able to watch live footage on my phone?
Yes — we set the app up on your phone before we leave. Live view, recorded footage playback, and motion alerts all work from your phone. Works anywhere in the world, not just when you're home.
What if my WiFi drops or the power goes out?
Cameras connected to a DVR/NVR record locally onto a hard drive — no internet needed for recording. If you have WiFi cameras only, they'll stop recording during a power cut (as will everything else). We'll explain the best setup for your situation.
Can you install cameras I already bought?
Usually, yes. Send us the model name when you book and we'll confirm before we arrive. If there are any compatibility issues we'll let you know in advance — not on the day.
Do I need to be home during the installation?
Yes, someone needs to be home. It takes most of the visit to review placement with you, and we do a full walkthrough at the end so you know how to use everything.
