Every Sensor Tested Before We Leave
We assess your home entry points
Send us a message with your home type — apartment, townhouse, villa — and roughly how many doors and windows you have. We'll suggest the right sensor count and give you a fixed price before we visit.
Professional installation, cleanly done
Every sensor is installed and every cable is routed neatly. We test each sensor individually as we go — nothing gets passed until it actually works. The control panel is mounted where you can see it easily.
App set up, system armed, you're covered
We set the app up on your phone, walk you through arming, disarming, and zone control. You'll know exactly what each alert means and how to silence a false alarm. We don't pack up until you're confident.
Good to Know Before You Book
How will I know if a sensor has triggered when I'm not home?
Your phone gets an instant push notification the moment any sensor triggers — door, window, or motion. The notification tells you exactly which zone and sensor, so you know where in your home it happened. You can also check the full event log in the app.
Can this connect to my CCTV cameras?
Yes — and we recommend combining both. When a sensor triggers, your cameras can automatically start recording and send you a live view. It turns a standard alarm into a video-verified system, which is far more useful if something actually happens.
What if I have pets? Will the motion sensors keep going off?
We use pet-immune PIR sensors for homes with animals. They're calibrated to ignore movement below a certain height and weight. We'll ask about your pets before we recommend sensor placement — false alarms from your cat or dog are not something you should have to deal with.
What happens during a power cut?
The control panel has a backup battery that keeps the system running for 8–12 hours during a power cut. All sensors and the siren remain fully active. When power returns, the system goes straight back to normal operation automatically.
Can I arm it in different modes — like just the doors when I'm asleep?
Yes. You can set up multiple arm modes: full arm (all sensors active), perimeter arm (just doors and windows while you move around inside), and partial zones if you want to leave certain areas disarmed. All manageable from the app or the control panel.
